Ownership of the physical artwork and ownership of copyright are separate rights.

3. Fine Art Prints

Fine Art Prints are authorised reproductions of the original artwork produced and offered by the artist or authorised representative.

Purchasing a Fine Art Print grants the buyer ownership of that particular physical print only. It does not grant any copyright, reproduction, licensing, commercial, or derivative rights in the underlying artwork.

Unauthorised reproduction, duplication, scanning, printing, digital distribution, or commercial use of any Fine Art Print or the underlying artwork is prohibited.
