Shipping Policy for deliveries within India

All orders for in-stock paintings will be packaged and Shipped from our premises within 3 to 5 days and it will be delivered within minimum 7 days to maximum 12 days timeline

The timeline for packaging and dispatch of Customised paintings will be intimated to the buyer upon receipt of the payment.

The shipping charges has to be borne by the buyer and the shipping charges will be calculated and mentioned at the time of check out.

Shipping / Courier transit timelines will be based on our *logistics partner. The shipping details will be intimated to the buyer for ease of tracking.

All our paintings are sold and shipped unframed for the convenience of the customer. They are carefully wrapped and shipped in a rolled format in protective cylinders.

*We will not bear responsibility for delays in transit rising from issues with the logistics partner and delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and natural calamities.

Delivery time for international locations will vary depending on the country and access to the concerned logistic partner. We encourage customers to wait an estimated 10-25 Business days to receive their shipment.

International orders are subject to additional taxes and import duties. These are not included in the price listed on the website. The additional charges will be intimated to the customer via Email, post which the payment process will be initiated.

Changes in delivery details

If there are any discrepancies or missing details in the address provided by you in the Shipping details, kindly notify us at the earliest by sending an email to office@beenaunnikrishnan.com .

Once the package is picked up from us by the logistics partner there is no scope for changing the address of the shipment. We are not liable for the loss of the painting or additional charges incurred towards forwarding the painting to the right address.

In case the package gets returned to us, the customer is liable to bear the cost of shipping it again to the right address.
