Return policy for deliveries within India

The Return Request has to be raised within 24 hours of delivery of the shipment along with the details of the quality issue faced along with images through . Verification and acceptance of return is at the sole discretion of the seller.

All our artwork is sold Unframed and the return of paintings that are framed by the customer will not be entertained.

Return Policy for International deliveries

We do not entertain return requests for paintings sold to international customers in lieu of Customs formalities required to ship them back. However, the purchase can be cancelled* within 2 hours of placing the order and stands eligible for a refund after deducting applicable online transaction charges before it is shipped from our end.

We help our overseas customers make informed decisions in purchasing paintings by providing them with additional information which can be requested through The item will be shipped only after explicit approval from the customer.

*Please note that this cancellation policy applies only to standard paintings that are already in the gallery, and does not apply to custom-made / personalised paintings. Custom orders will not be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances with the exception of loss/damage during transit.

Return Policy

A return request due to quality issues can be initiated by sending us a mail at with complete details of the order and the invoice, and mention the quality issue of the painting you would like to return. Packing and shipping instructions will be sent to you via Email. The packing and shipping costs has to be borne by the buyer and must be door delivered at our address. Any loss of shipment during such return will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Kindly ensure that the painting is packed and shipped according to the instructions. Upon receiving the package, we will determine whether the painting is not damaged and eligible for a refund.

The money will be refunded to the same account in the case of online transactions via Debit cards, Credit Cards, and UPI. For online transfers via NEFT / RTGS we will require the following details of your Bank Account.

Returns for Custom / Personalised Art

Cancellation or Return requests for Custom / Personalised paintings sold to Indian or International customers will be entertained if they are initiated within 2 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation of the order once the painting is in progress will not be entertained under any circumstances. The paintings are conceptualised and brought to life for the concerned customer.

Return/ Refund policy for loss/ damage in transit

In the rare event of a lost shipment, we offer full refunds irrespective of delivery location.

If the painting gets damaged in transit, the customer is encouraged to share good-quality images of the same. This will be assessed from our end and justified compensation will be given to the customer. This is strictly on a case-to-case basis.
